    JURABISS requires clear authorship and contributorship policies to ensure transparency regarding who contributed to the work and in what capacity. Any authorship disputes will be handled fairly and professionally.

  2. Complaints and Appeals
    JURABISS has a clear procedure for handling complaints against the journal, editors, reviewers, or publisher. All complaints will be addressed seriously and resolved in a fair and unbiased manner.

  3. Allegations of Misconduct
    JURABISS has a defined process for handling allegations of publication misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, and other ethical violations. All allegations will be investigated carefully and handled promptly.

  4. Conflict of Interest
    JURABISS provides clear definitions of conflict of interest for authors, reviewers, editors, and publisher. All conflicts must be disclosed and properly managed.

  5. Data and Reproducibility
    JURABISS promotes research transparency and encourages authors to provide data availability where appropriate, following reporting standards relevant to their discipline.

  6. Ethical Oversight
    JURABISS enforces ethical policies related to publication consent, research involving human or animal subjects, confidential data handling, and ethical research practices.

  7. Intellectual Property
    JURABISS has clear policies regarding copyright, licensing, and intellectual property. Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original and do not infringe the rights of others.

  8. Post-Publication Discussion and Corrections

    JURABISS preserves published articles in trusted digital archives to ensure long-term availability, including PKP PN and other archiving services.

  11. Peer Review Process
    JURABISS applies a double-blind peer review process in which both author and reviewer identities are concealed. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers to ensure objective evaluation.
